Dr. Michael P. Mendez, M.D., MPA, is a physician at Lubbock Family Medicine, an independently operated family practice in Lubbock, Texas since 1999.

Dr. Mendez is also among the providers trained and certified to perform the O-Shot and P-Shot platelet-rich plasma treatments offered through our Sexual Wellness service.
